The Vanyar Pro UCI Disc 2024, where a confluence of elegance and aerodynamic efficiency has collided to produce a road machine possessing ultimate climbing capabilities, and race sprinting stiffness to tackle the most challenging of terrains. The second generation Vanyar Pro continues the aggressive geometric design of the first generation, but now with an enhanced, sleek, fully integrated cockpit, delivering clean modern lines, improved aerodynamics, and a lighter and stiffer frameset.
Finite Power Balance
Building on the precision and highly responsive traits of its predecessor, Elves Bikes engineers’ edgy design combines the stiffness and rigidity required to transition riders’ raw watts into forward motion, unleashing their true and full potential. A steeper seat tube has been designed to position the rider’s weight directly above the crank to boost power transfer, whilst also lowering their frontal profile to reduce wind resistance and increase traction, enhancing performance when accelerating and climbing. The race ready, hill-climbing geometry places the seat tube angle between 73.5 and 75 degrees, whilst positioning the headtube angle between 72 and 73.5 degrees to achieve the ultimate climbing rider stance.
Comfort without Compromise
Our ultimate hill-climber has been developed to fit tyres of up to 30c for better traction and power transfer on the steeper gradients, without compromising the handling, confidence and comfort required for the ultimate thrill of the descent. Further, to ensure that riders are equipped with the vast choices that Elves Bikes are synonymous with, we now provide the option of two seat post lengths, (350mm and 400mm) and two seat post offsets (12mm or 25mm).
Sculpted to Perfection
Perfectly compatible with modern electronic 12 speed groupsets, and sculpted utilising trusted Toray Japanese Carbon Fiber T800 and T1000, with reinforced T1000 stiffness in key areas such as the bottom bracket and headtube, we have prevented power loss caused by flexing during peddling. Elves Bikes have increased the structural integrity through our UCI approved design, resulting in both a visually striking frame that is lighter, stronger, and aesthetically appealing.
Mastered Aesthetics
Combined with our compact AeroEvo handlebars, The Vanyar Pro 2024’s new cutting edge fully integrated design has placed lightweight and aerodynamic design at the forefront of our engineering methodology, making this the lightest UCI approved disc brake frameset Elves Bikes have ever produced. To create increased strength, the bottom bracket has been changed to a press fit BB386 with greater width, whilst the frameset tubes create efficiencies through their aerodynamic shape, by utilising high modulus Toray carbon fibre layering, producing a bike that unites as one with the rider.

In collaboration with DSD, our design house in Hong Kong, and using the datasets of the pantones our riders have been selecting, The Vanyar Pro UCI Disc 2024 is available in seven beautifully designed standard colours. Our ethos stems from a deep understanding of unmet customer needs, driving our strategic and inclusive decision to ensure that custom painted frames, celebrating individualism, remain highly accessible to all. The Vanyar Pro is no exception, with ten different designs, inspired by our customers, that utilises over sixty different colourways, and 3 decal choices, creating over 100,000 bespoke paint options.

The Vanyar Pro 2024 has been UCI approved (UCI CODE: 44895) furnishing our riders with the confidence that this model meets the standards required for safety, high-quality, and optimal performance for cyclists as set out by their independent standards. This assures our customers that following rigorous testing, Elves Bikes are proud to carry the UCI mark of excellence that cyclists rely on globally to make an informed choice when purchasing products. Further, the Frameset is both EN 14766 and ISO 4210-6:2023 test standard approved.
Warranty
Elves design philosophy ensures our products are trusted and well respected within the industry in terms of safety and durability. However, to provide our riders with additional security, Elves bikes offer a staggering 5 -Year global warranty on our frames and forks and two years on our wheels, handlebars, and saddles.
Accessories Included
We are delighted to provide complementary accessories to include rider choice of either a BB386 -24R Shimano compatible or a BB386-29R SRAM DUB bottom bracket. Further as standard, Elves Bikes frameset purchases include one of our headsets, three 10mm integrated handlebar spacers, two standard rear derailleur hangers, and cable routing stem adapter allowing the fitment of standard bars.
