Globally, specialist race bike manufacturers design focus has resulted in progressive development of lightweight hillclimbers and aero bikes, with the sizing and geometry targeted at riders with average to tall height. We believe this approach alone excludes shorter riders and women, resulting in unmet customer needs that we tasked our research and development team to resolve. A REFRESHING FOCUS
The Elves Avari Pro Disc utilises a full size 700c wheelset and is available in sizes starting from size 40 and increasing to a size 52. It boasts a 3cm dropped toptube, and a higher stack than mainstream frame designs, resulting in a cutting-edge high-performance design suitable for female riders, men, and younger riders from 145cm to 188cm. Our innovation objectives have been fulfilled,
empowering riders to unlock cycling gains and growth that have previously been impeded.

Manufactured utilising top quality Japanese Toray T800 carbon fibre, the Avari Pro Disc delivers competition level performance in a compact package. Elves Bikes focus and commitment to continual improvement has precipitated the use of a T47 threaded bottom bracket for ease of building and maintenance. Further, the 1.5-inch top and bottom headset bearing facilitates through frame cables for improved aerodynamics, resulting in the inclusion of Avari in the Hess UCI Women’s Continental cycling team line-up of high-performance competitive bikes. LEIGHTWEIGHT, STIFF AND VERSITILE
The oversized headstock and bottom bracket aids torsional stiffness, whilst delivering a lightweight competition level frame with geometry designed for both hill-climbing, and all-day comfort on endurance rides. By manipulating the wheelbase and fork trail, Elves have delivered a frame that has both straight line stability, whilst providing highly responsive handling. The frame accepts tyres of up to 30c and comes with a choice of a 12mm or 25mm off set seat post so that riders can bespoke their frame to their form. To further support our objectives of ultimate rider versality, our Elves Orome AeroEvo bars, which have been designed to complement our new range of frames, are available in multiple sizes, to include 360/380/400/420mm widths, with stem lengths covering 90/100/110/120/130mm.
ACCESSORIES INCLUDED
In addition to the inclusion of a T47 bottom bracket, when you purchase the Avari Pro disc, we will also supply you with one of our headsets, three 10mm integrated handlebar spacers, two standard rear derailleur hangers, and cable routing stem adapter allowing the fitment of standard bars.

YOUR SAFETY FIRST
The Avari Pro Disc has been certified to EN 14766 standard and exceeded the ISO 4210-6:2023 International quality standard by 20%. These standards comprise of rigorous testing of products ensuring they meet the international standards required for sale in the UK and Europe, assuring that customers are purchasing a product that is safe to use. Furthermore, our Avari Pro Disc is also UCI approved (UCI CODE: 44916), meaning that the frameset meets the technical criteria to compete in UCI races globally.
WARRANTY
Elves design philosophy ensures our products are trusted and well respected within the industry in terms of safety and durability. However, to provide our riders with additional security, Elves bikes offer a staggering 5 -Year global warranty on our frames and forks and two years on our wheels, handlebars, and one year on saddles.
